On this episode Leo interviews Charles Kyriakou, he is an international headhunter, business developer, leader, and podcaster within MedTech, based in London. Charles has had a lot of success posting videos on LinkedIn and became extremely professional with video tools in general, which are now of paramount importance. Here he will share how he started it. Charles has been in the recruitment world since January 2014, starting as an apprentice, recruiting into the healthcare market.  Since joining Projectus Consulting, Charles has won numerous awards for his business development skills, has gone to president’s club more than 3 times, and was the first person to sell the Projectus Edge platform in the company’s history.
