On this episode Leo interviews Armando Chiu Flores. He is a wealth consultant ad deVere Group, the largest Independent Financial Advisory in the world which specializes in helping expats in various areas. All his time in Shanghai, he has devoted his time and efforts to support the international community with financial planning.
The majority of Chiu’s clients are millennial expats that are ready to make mature money decisions to reach their goals. How is it different to become financially free for a millennial in their home country versus a global citizen millennial?
Back in 2014, Chiu moved to Hong Kong from Mexico to pursue a Master’s in Media Management. This was his third international experience, he previously went to Canada to improve my English and had a 6-month exchange program during colleague in Paris. In Hong Kong, Chiu had the opportunity to work in a Compliance firm and helped them with the Business Development to the LATAM market. He then moved to mainland China. Chiu is also active with the Mexican Chamber of Commerce as their Marketing Director and an active leader with the FitFam community.
