On this episode Leo interviews Gabor Holch, intercultural leadership coach, consultant, speaker and author specialised in East-West leadership. He supports corporate executives and public-sector leaders in succeeding across national and cultural boundaries instead of getting lost in translation. They’ll talk about the importance of possessing global people skills to succeed in the globalized world. An expat since age 4, Gabor moved to China and transitioned from diplomacy to consulting in 2002. In 2005, he founded his Shanghai-based business, Campanile Management Consulting. Since then, he has advised, coached and trained 100+ clients in 25+ countries, spoken at conferences and corporate events and lectured at business programmes.

Gabor holds degrees in languages, international relations and diplomacy. In 2008, he became China’s first foreigner granted a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) degree in Mandarin. He is certified in several assessment and coaching methodologies. He has written three books and about a hundred academic and business articles. He lives in Shanghai and works mainly in the Asia-Pacific and Europe.
